Job Title: Entry-Level Construction Materials Technician (Hands-On, Outdoor Role)Start Your Career in Construction & Engineering – No Experience Required!

Are you looking to break into the construction field? Do you enjoy working outdoors and being part of projects that shape your community? We’re hiring motivated, entry-level individuals ready to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in construction materials testing.

This is a hands-on role with paid training, real-world experience, and the opportunity to earn valuable industry certifications (including ACI and more).


What You’ll Do
  • Perform field and lab testing on materials like soil, concrete, asphalt, and steel
  • Observe construction activities to ensure quality and safety standards are met
  • Work closely with project managers, contractors, and clients
  • Use mobile apps and simple reporting tools to document job site data
  • Be part of active construction projects from the ground up

What We’re Looking For
  • No prior experience required – we will train you!
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to work 50+ hours/week when needed
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.)
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow safety guidelines
  • Basic computer skills (we’ll teach you the rest)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
