Job Description

Seeking a Materials & Process Engineer to support the development, qualification, and implementation of tools, equipment, materials, parts, and manufacturing processes used in aerospace product design and production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support definition and implementation of materials, parts, tools, and process requirements

  • Update specifications and technical documents related to manufacturing and engineering processes

  • Perform testing and qualification of new tools, materials, equipment, and processes

  • Assist with supplier qualification and compliance activities

  • Conduct analysis to determine performance issues or root causes of failures

  • Support corrective and preventive action initiatives

  • Develop basic computer and production systems to support user requirements

  • Utilize project management tools to support cost, schedule, and technical objectives

  • Apply Environmental Health & Safety, LEAN, and Quality principles across manufacturing and engineering activities

Required Skills

  • Technical AA Degree or related technical background

  • Comfortable using computers and production systems

Education / Experience
