Standard Job Description You will be a Software Engineer on our team at Lockheed Martin. What You Will Be Doing As a Software Engineer, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Develop and maintain embedded software applications and/or desktop applications.

Tasks will involve requirement, design, code, test, and integrate software for an embedded multi-core system as well as desktop computer applications for emulation of sensors and countermeasures. The successful candidate will have training in C/C++, prior experience in GUI development, experience with Linux OS. A company-sponsored interim secret is required to start. Basic Qualifications BS or MS degree from accredited university in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Math, or related major. Experience with C++ and Object-oriented design Experience with software development on Linux or similar preemptive operating systems Ability to obtain an interim secret security clearance prior to start.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
