Role Summary:

The Entry Level Software Engineer will join our development team to work on full-stack applications. This position offers significant growth opportunities through exposure to various projects and technologies. You'll collaborate with experienced developers who will mentor you while you contribute to meaningful work in our hybrid environment. This hybrid role requires on‑site presence at the Norcross HQ twice per week.


Job Duties:

  • Develop and maintain code across the full technology stack
  • Debug issues and implement solutions to complex problems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
  • Learn new technologies and apply them to current projects
  • Assist in troubleshooting production issues


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
  • Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals and software development principles
  • Experience with one or more programming languages from our tech stack (C#, JavaScript, Python)
  • Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS)
  • Basic understanding of database concepts (SQL Server or MySQL)
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaborate effectively with a team
  • Understanding of when to utilize GenAI tools appropriately and when to code without assistance
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing priorities
  • Must be fluent in Spanish


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project experience with one or more technologies in our stack (C#, JS, NodeJS, Python, HTML/CSS)
  • Experience with git
  • Knowledge of responsive design principles
  • Experience with AWS or cloud services
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices architecture
