Entry-Level Manufacturing Operator

No Experience Required 


Pay: $13.75/hour
Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday - Friday, 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM
Experience: No manufacturing experience required


The Ideal Candidate

This position is a great fit for a recent high school graduate, first-time job seeker, or someone looking to start a career outside of retail and food service. As an Entry-Level Operator, you'll receive on-the-job training while learning how products are made in a professional manufacturing environment. This is an opportunity to develop skills you can use to grow into higher-level manufacturing, machine operator, quality, or technical positions.

  • Operate automatic and semi-automatic injection molding machines
  • Inspect and trim parts to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Perform secondary operations such as gluing, cutting, stamping, and assembly
  • Identify and report product or equipment issues to leads or technicians
  • Follow packaging instructions and prepare finished products for shipment
  • Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
  • Work as part of a team to meet production and quality goals
