Job description

The Software Project Manager is a specialized project manager who works closely with the Software team and the General Project Manager on a specific project to deliver a successful implementation of TGW software to the customer.
What you'll be handling
  • Manages the successful delivery of integrated software systems into complex automated material handling systems.
  • Maintains an active role in client relationships and facilitates sales opportunities.
  • Interprets and communicates complex technical and commercial issues with customer.
  • Develops specification documents, including functional specifications, interface specifications, network infrastructure requirements and specifications.
  • Works with system integration team to define the interface points between subsystems.
  • Leads onsite installation and commissioning of, and training on, software solutions.
What you'll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of three (3) years of software project management/leadership experience, or related.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft .NET Platform and/or Java.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Team Foundation Server - Version Control, work item management
  • Understanding of Windows Server Environments with VM Ware
  • Knowledge of hardware requirements definition and order (server hardware, peripherals, PCs, scanners, printers, etc.)
