Job description

Overview

CTG is seeking to fill an EHS Cority Developer position for our client.

Location: Plano, TX

Duration: 8 months

Duties:

  • Configure and customize the Cority platform to align with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) program requirements.
  • Develop and maintain Cority modules, forms, dashboards, workflows, and reports.
  • Develop solutions that automate EHS processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Integrate Cority with other enterprise systems, including HR, ERP, and business intelligence platforms.
  • Collaborate with EHS and IT stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Support user access controls, permissions, roles, and security settings.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the Cority platform.
  • Perform data migrations, uploads, exports, and other data management activities as needed.
  • Monitor system performance and implement enhancements and process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for system configurations, workflows, integrations, and processes.
  • Provide training and ongoing technical support to Cority end users.
  • Support EHS initiatives and ensure the Cority platform effectively supports regulatory compliance and organizational requirements.

Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with the Cority EHS platform.
  • Experience configuring and customizing Cority modules, forms, workflows, dashboards, and reports.
  • Knowledge of EHS processes, regulatory compliance, and data management.
  • Experience with system integrations and enterprise applications.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Understanding of user access, permissions, and application security.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Experience:

  • Experience developing, configuring, and supporting the Cority platform in an EHS environment.
  • Experience integrating Cority with enterprise systems such as HR, ERP, or BI platforms is preferred.
  • Experience with data migration, data uploads/exports, and system troubleshooting.
  • Experience creating technical documentation and providing end-user training.
  • Experience working collaboratively with EHS and IT teams in an enterprise environment.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Environmental Health and Safety, or a related field preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience may be considered.
