Job Title:System Administrator (Health IT System ADMIN) Location: San Antonio TX Clearance: Secret Education: BS Computer Science Degree or related field, preferred, or military training, or Cloud +, or Security+ Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate Position Description: * The Tier 3 Enterprise Management (EM) Administrator provides advanced operational and sustainment support to the DHA Domain and Directory Services Branch (DDSB) enterprise management environment.
* This role ensures the effective delivery, security, and optimization of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), Intune, and emerging enterprise management tools across on-premises and MED365 cloud environments. Key responsibilities include: Implementing, sustaining, and monitoring enterprise management infrastructure to maintain approved release levels and ensure compliance with DHA & DoD cybersecurity standards.
* Supporting patch management, including routine, zero-day, and maintenance window operations, ensuring timely compliance across enterprise devices. Developing, maintaining, and deploying operating system images, software packages, and hardware driver packages to support enterprise delivery requirements.
* Creating and sustaining asset, software, and hardware intelligence, license management reporting, and SQL-based enterprise management reporting.
* Managing ITC test environments and custom proof-of-concept builds to validate enterprise solutions prior to production deployment.
* Providing enterprise monitoring, preventive maintenance, and technical documentation in accordance with DHA service management and reporting standards.
* The EM Administrator will collaborate across enterprise IT and cybersecurity teams, contribute to Zero Trust and Identity/Access Management initiatives, and ensure mission assurance through compliant, reliable, and secure IT services delivery.
