Grubbs BRAND LOCATION is seeking an Express Technician. Overall, the ideal candidate should be motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent customer service while possessing the necessary technical skills and certifications for automotive maintenance and repair.
Responsibilities:
  • Receiving and carrying out Repair Orders.
  • Performing entry-level maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, filter replacements, etc.
  • Conducting diagnostic services and troubleshooting to determine repair needs.
  • Providing labor, time, and parts estimates for repair services.
  • Performing video multi-point inspections on vehicles.
  • Performing Quality Control checks for repaired vehicles.
  • Completing all required paperwork and documentation for repair services.
  • Maintaining an organized, clean workspace and accounting for tools.
  • Communicating effectively with Service Advisors and Parts Department Employees.
  • Participating in ongoing training programs to develop expertise in automotive technologies.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • At least one year of relevant experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of automotive servicing or repair desired.
  • Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record required.
  • Ability to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles.
  • Neat, clean, and professional appearance.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  • Interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff.
