VR Systems Support and Operations Specialist I (Systems Analyst I)

WHO YOU ARE:
A tech-savvy problem solver eager to provide entry-level computer systems analysis and dedicated customer support. WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The VR Systems Support and Operations Specialist I performs entry-level computer systems analysis work. Work involves providing customer support for the division case management systems and operating automated office equipment in a standalone, network, or mainframe environment. Works under general supervision, with limited latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
YOU WILL BE TRUSTED TO:
-Provide technical assistance and support for VR applications including ReHabWorks, Virtual Casefiles, and VR user and office data maintenance.
-Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing systems.
-Assist in designing, modifying, and implementing processes and systems related to VR user, office, caseload, and case moves.
-Assist in testing and diagnosing VR systems to ensure critical requirements are met, and review and implement user access service requests for VR applications and systems.
-Prepare charts, diagrams, tables, and flowcharts to assist in problem analysis and contribute to the development and maintenance of ReHabWorks resource materials.
-Perform data integrity functions to support accuracy of agency reporting to oversight authorities.
-Provide customer service by answering RHW help calls that involve basic or complex questions and training issues.
-Assist with the development, maintenance, and troubleshooting of applications using client and server application development processes and multimedia and Internet technology.
-Perform related work as assigned and required to meet the mission and goals of the department, division, and the agency.
YOU QUALIFY WITH:
-Six months of full-time experience in computer programming, systems analysis, and/or program analysis OR one year of full-time experience which provided general knowledge of data processing or systems analysis.
-Relevant academic credits may be applied toward experience qualifications for this position.
-One year of full-time in-service TWC experience classified as a Programmer I or Telecommunications Specialist I with regular status will satisfy the minimum qualifications. OR
-Acceptance into a TWC Internship or TWC Apprenticeship will satisfy the minimum qualifications.
