Position Summary:

This entry-level to mid-level Field Application Engineer role in Austin, TX focuses on deploying GB3600 AI server architecture. It involves bridging customer needs with technical solutions, offering an estimated annual salary range of $95,000 to $140,000 based on your hands‑on hardware and software expertise.

We are seeking an eager and highly technical Field Application Engineer (FAE) to drive the integration and validation of our GB3600 AI servers. You will be the primary technical interface for our enterprise and datacenter customers, guiding them through system bring‑up, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to ensure seamless AI cluster deployments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Assist customers with GB3600 system bring‑up, BIOS/BMC configuration, and hardware validation in datacenter environments.
  • Performance Optimization: Analyze server workloads, identify bottlenecks, and optimize hardware/software configurations for maximum AI/ML compute efficiency.
  • Customer Enablement: Deliver technical training, documentation, and on‑site or remote debug assistance to resolve customer issues.
