About the role

The Electronic Test Technician (Entry-Level) will play a critical role in maintaining our commitment to delivering high-performance and energy-efficient lighting solutions to our customers. What you'll do
• Conduct Testing Procedures:
o Perform comprehensive testing of cabin management products to ensure
compliance with industry standards and engineering specifications.
o Execute various testing procedures, including programming and acceptance test
evaluation.
• Quality Assurance:
o Record and document test results accurately and comprehensively.
o Implement quality control measures to identify and address potential issues
during the testing process.
o Collaborate with production cell and engineering representative to establish and
refine testing protocols.
o Analyze data to identify any deviations from quality standards and report findings
to the relevant stakeholders and implement correct action to resolve
nonconformance.
• Instrumentation and Equipment Maintenance:
o Maintain and calibrate testing equipment regularly to ensure accurate and
reliable results.
o Troubleshoot and address any technical issues with testing instruments and
engineering.
• Documentation:
o Maintain detailed documentation of testing processes, procedures, and results.
o Generate reports summarizing testing outcomes for internal and external
stakeholders.
• Collaboration:
o Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and
quality control, to communicate testing requirements and results effectively.
Safety Compliance:
o Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while conducting testing activities.
Qualifications
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in soldering electronic components, preferably in a manufacturing or
assembly environment.
• Familiarity with various soldering techniques, such as through-hole and surface-mount
soldering.
• Proficient in using testing equipment, soldering equipment, and tools.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and process improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and assembly instructions.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation purposes.
