Key Responsibilities
  • Assist retail customers with commercial truck parts sales and support
  • Participate in training programs focused on parts sales and career development
  • Maintain organized and professional front counter displays
  • Load, unload, and verify inbound/outbound freight shipments
  • Accurately stock, sort, and manage parts inventory
  • Deliver parts to the service department and local customers
  • Operate delivery vehicles for local parts delivery and pick-up routes
  • Process and ship parts using various carriers
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and accurate warehouse environment

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR is required
  • At least 1 year of experience in a parts-related role is required, preferably in heavy-duty truck parts, automotive parts, warehouse operations, distribution, inventory control, or retail parts sales
  • Interest in automotive, diesel, or commercial truck parts sales preferred
  • Aftermarket parts experience is a bonus
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, web-based systems) are required
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with a team-first mindset and desire to grow into a counter sales role
  • Ability to lift up to 50-65 lbs regularly
  • The schedule may include some weekends
