Position Summary:
As the Benco Territory Sales Representative, youwill drive sales of merchandise, equipment, technology, and Benco services; solicit new business through personal efforts and referrals; maximize the customer experience; enhance selling skills in product and services focus areas; develop healthy/productive working relationships with customers, vendors and Benco teammates. Your role as the Territory Sales Representative is essential in ensuring all transactions are successful and pleasant for all.

  • Travel and make regular face-to-face sales calls to maintain customer relationships and sales business; lead sales activities with assigned customers; develop strategies, provide information, and answer questions support business goals and sales growth
  • Prospect to drive profitable growth and achieve sales goals; add new buying accounts and develop new customer relationships; identify new business through a variety of methods including cold calling and networking
  • Lead sales activities with assigned customers and partner with them to build long-term relationships; Co-travel with equipment specialists and vendors to uncover opportunities; conduct TRA presentations; Develop a plan to achieve personal & regional goals for company-wide promotions
  • Partner regularly with vendor reps to continue to learn and gain knowledge about new products. Participate in all sales meetings, dental conventions, team building events and sales training as required
  • Identify business needs of clients and leverage Benco's offering to assist them with a customer-first mantra
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our dental products and services in order to provide accurate and detailed information to customers
  • Stay updated on dental industry trends, market dynamics, and product and service offerings
  • Communicate effectively with regional teammates (equipment sales, service, and inside support) to achieve customer goals and solve customer or internal issues
  • Utilize technology and data tools for effective sales calls, opportunities, activity, presentations, publications, and efficient scheduling/follow-up
  • Participate in all sales meetings, dental conventions, team building events and sales training as required
  • Identify business needs of clients, and leverage Benco's offering to assist them with a customer-first mantra
  • Engage in continuous education and learning to become well versed on Benco's product offering and up to date on the dental industry

Do YOU Meet These Requirements?
  • Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience.
  • Possess a dependable vehicle, valid driver's license, and an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to travel in assigned territory daily, as required for customers, vendors and Benco teammates, business and group meetings, and Customer Experience Trips as well as limited overnight travel

Entry level Territory Sales Reps can expect a minimum annualized compensation plan of $75k/year + monthly allowance. Our commission structure is unlimited, the more you sell, the more you make (less your draw)!
