Duties
JOB SUMMARY: The Enrollment Systems Administrator provides strategic, analytical and technical leadership for the University's enrollment technology ecosystem. This role manages the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of CRM platforms and related systems supporting recruitment, admissions, enrollment, and student success. Responsibilities include data analysis, workflow design, reporting, user support, system training, and cross-departmental process improvement. The position ensures reliable system performance, accurate and accessible data, and effective utilization of technology solutions to drive enrollment growth and operational efficiency.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Compile and document data for applicant and enrollment reporting, trends analysis, and yield-strategy guidance.
  • Analyze state, regional, and national demographic data to inform strategic enrollment planning.
  • Develop dashboards and analytics for registration, admissions pipeline, and executive reporting.
  • Perform routine data audits, validation, and data cleansing across CRM and enrollment systems.

Training, Documentation & Support
  • Serve as primary trainer for CRM end users, conducting onboarding, workshops, and documentation development.
  • Provide documentation and training on consistent use of CRM and reporting tools to Admissions, Financial Aid, and other departments.
  • Maintain shared governance knowledge to ensure coverage during staff absences.

Process Improvement & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Map, analyze, and refine enrollment workflows to enhance efficiency and user experience.
  • Lead or co-lead efforts to optimize CRM utilization across recruitment, admissions, and retention functions.
  • Participate in cross-departmental meetings to gather feedback and identify system enhancement opportunities.
  • Evaluate and recommend system and process modifications to improve performance and data integrity.

Operational & Enrollment Support
  • Support essential Admissions functions during peak periods, including application processing and communications.
  • Maintain open communication with internal and external stakeholders and promote collaborative working relationships.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field required.
  • Minimum two years of technical or systems support experience.
  • Experience in data analysis, system administration, reporting, and CRM management, preferably in higher education settings.
  • Broad knowledge and understanding of higher education Admission, Financial Aid, and Enrollment processes and best practices.
  • Experience with system analysis, data analytics, reporting, and data visualization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage new software systems and apply troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Requires Valid Driver's License.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of student and institutional data.
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.

Qualifications Preferred:
  • Master's degree

  • Knowledge of workflow tools, data integrations, and SSO technologies.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position such as sitting and/or standing for up to 75% of the time.
