Help Desk Technician (Contract)Overview

We are seeking several Help Desk Technicians to support a large-scale healthcare technology migration project. This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level IT professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in a healthcare environment while assisting with the deployment and setup of hundreds of new workstations across multiple facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Configure, deploy, and set up desktop computers and workstations.
  • Install and connect hardware peripherals such as monitors, keyboards, mice, and printers.
  • Assist with workstation rollouts across multiple healthcare locations.
  • Troubleshoot basic hardware and connectivity issues during deployment.
  • Support end users during system transitions and technology upgrades.
  • Work closely with a team of technicians under the guidance of project leads.
  • Follow project timelines and deployment procedures to ensure a successful technology rollout.
