  • Collaborates with department leadership to determine project priorities of identified software and hardware needs based on NRH strategic objectives, identified through ongoing assessment
  • Completes inventory records for tracking institution software
  • Acts as a resource as requested to determine if computer performance problems are a result of knowledge, systems, or policy and procedure deficits

Qualifications

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED.  Associate degree in computer science, or technical certificate in computer related field, preferred

Experience

  • Two years of experience with computer hardware, software, including installation, repair, and troubleshooting; and dealing with local area networks and installation of PC network equipment, preferred.

Licensure/Certification

  • Two exams are required for this position. First exam is either or CompTia A+ or Microsoft Operating System Exam.  Second exam required is an Advanced Microsoft Operating System exam or Manager approved Advanced CompTia exam.
Qualifications:
