The Role
Designs, develops, documents, tests and debugs applications software and systems that contain logical and mathematical solutions. Conducts multidisciplinary research and collaborates with equipment designers and/or hardware engineers in the planning, design, development, and utilization of electronic data processing systems for product and commercial software. Determines computer user needs; analyzes system capabilities to resolve problems on program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques and controls; prepares operating instructions; designs and develops compilers and assemblers, utility programs, and operating systems. Ensures software standards are met.
This position is intended for the Software Engineering group in Department E79. The incumbent will be responsible for Leading mutliple projects, customer service, testing, instruction development, customer interviews, Agile process, requirements documention and conducting presentations. This position regularly communicates with customers and leadership via email, phone, WebEx, and in person meetings.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree and 0 years of relevant exempt experience.
Nice to Have
Skilled in C#, SQL, and use of Visual Studio for software development. Understanding of Visual Basic a plus. Should be experienced in creating full stack builds and capable of leading multiple projects.
Should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. No experience needed.
