Join our team as a Field Engineer 4, where you will play a vital role in supporting our clients across the Washington, DC metro area. As a Field/Computer Technician, you will handle hands-on repairs for laptops and desktops, ensuring quick resolution and high-quality service delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for IT professionals seeking a dynamic, on-the-go role with opportunities for skill enhancement and career advancement.
[Responsibilities]
- Travel to client sites throughout the metro area to diagnose and repair laptops, desktops, and PC peripherals
- Execute hardware replacement tasks including hard drives, motherboards, and keyboards
- Perform whole unit swaps and ensure all equipment functions meet company standards
- Maintain accurate, real-time service ticket updates in the Call Management system via a company-provided phone
- Deliver exceptional customer service on-site, building strong client relationships
