Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.   2 years of experience with each of the following skills is required:  1. Utilizing 3D CAD and CAD management software to assess product with tooling designs. 2. Reviewing existing Autocad plant layouts and developing new layouts with manufacturing plant environment consistent with program requirements.  1 year of experience with each of the following skills is required:  1. Documenting new assembly process steps and sequence, generating operator instructions and modifying existing instructions. 2. Updating Process Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEAs) for new program product content. 3. Generating station level studies for cycle time, robot reach, and gun accessibility for new product content using CAD simulation tools including at least one of the following: Teamcenter, Process Simulate, NX, Solidworks, Catia, FIDES, or Robcad.
