Position Description
We are looking for team players who are curious enough to ask questions and explore new ideas, passionate enough to serve our customers, and ready to take ownership of challenges and grow with us. We are a team, first and foremost, and we take pride in our collaborative efforts! The Technician performs basic technical tasks such as equipment maintenance, assembly, testing, or troubleshooting under close supervision. This entry-level role focuses on developing practical skills and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance to the engineering team.
  • Identify solutions to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness of assembly.
  • Train others as determined by management in design for assembly.
  • Coordinate proof-of-concept builds and provide feedback to the engineering team related to installation difficulties, print accuracy, and design recommendations. Complete End of Line Tests (EOLT) on samples: functional, safety, electrical, performance, etc.
  • Read complex engineering prints during proof of concept builds and red-line with updates for future builds.
  • Oversee and ensure updates are completed on to the necessary CAD files.
  • Plan, procure and manage the component inventory for all required engineering projects and builds.
  • Work closely with cross-functional departments and the manufacturing plant to ensure new models are delivered on time and meet all customer requirements.
  • Solicit and monitor feedback from production and the field and initiate product improvements when appropriate.

Required Education & Qualifications
Required Qualifications and Education:
  • Associate degree, trade school, or vocational certification in an engineering or technical discipline
  • Ability to read blueprints/schematics
  • Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal
  • Possess strong technical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ideal candidate is self-motivated, works independently, and is eager to learn
  • Dedicated to quality and safety
