Assist in Preconstruction & Estimating: Gain exposure to quantity takeoffs, bid package preparation, subcontractor outreach, and basic estimating activities.
-
Support Field Operations: Work with Superintendents to assist with material coordination, progress photos, safety walks, quality assurance, and punch list activities.
-
Learn Project Systems & Tools: Utilize tools such as Bluebeam and Procore while supporting document updates, tracking submittals, and compiling project information.
-
Build Professional Skills: Develop communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities while collaborating with project teams, clients, architects, and trade partners.

- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field, or relevant experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Comfortable using technology with strong computer skills
- Interest in building a career in the construction industry
