Precision ProFile, Nubble Site Solutions, SiteBoss, and NextDayGPS are common ownership entities strategically positioned to provide customers solutions within the Construction Staking* industry. This strategic alignment now allows customers to be transitioned from the traditional “boots on the ground” approach to sales, training, support, etc. to a more economical and viable eCommerce experience.
These multiple businesses offer products and services that are not found under one roof anywhere else placing them in a unique position to disrupt some industry standards.

Precision ProFile, Inc. is looking to hire an Entry-Level CAD Technician interested in growing skills in GPS Modeling & Heavy Construction Estimating.

About Precision ProFile:
Precision ProFile Inc. is a small, growing business located in southern Maine. We provide professional services inclusive of heavy construction estimating services and developing construction site GPS Models for companies nationwide. The applicant will be trained to be proficient in the use of AutoCAD software to develop models for construction sites (Highways, commercial sites, subdivisions, airports, etc.). 
 
Daily Responsibilities:
  • Train to Read and Understand Civil Engineering Plans.
  • Develop Skills to Create 3D Surface Models of Heavy Construction Job Sites.
  • Learn AutoCAD and other various CAD/Design software.
  • Learn how to effectively calculate quantities for construction site bidding.
  • Work in teams to complete projects in a timely manner.
  • Hours are from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (must be able to work out of our York, ME office).

Qualifications:
  • Searching for Non-Experienced Applicants Looking for a Career.
  • Helpful Backgrounds Include CAD design, Excavation, Land Surveying, 3D Modeling, and Engineering Backgrounds (but not required).
  • Must be Self-Motivated, Reliable, Responsible, and Professional.

Compensation:
  • Starting $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
  • Starting pay is determined by relevant experience, skills, and knowledge.
  • The pay increase is determined by meeting goals and performance growth.
