The Scrum Master will be the servant-leader of one or more Scrum teams, ensuring that SAFe® (Scaled Agile Framework) ceremonies run smoothly, impediments are cleared, and the team continuously improves its flow of value. • Participate in backlog refinement, helping translate high-level epics into well-sized, ready-to-build stories.
  • Lead retrospectives that surface actionable improvement items; track implementation and report outcomes.
  • Support internal and external audit activities by providing documentation on process adherence and compliance.
