  • Uncapped earning potentialโ€”your effort decides your income.
  • No prior commercial real estate experience requiredโ€”just a strong work ethic and coachability.
  • AI-powered tools that eliminate busy work so you spend more time prospecting, advising clients, and closing deals.
  • Clear career path to top producer, market leader, or executive.
  • Specialize in the asset class that fits you: multifamily, retail, office, industrial, hospitality, land, and more.
  • National platform with access to buyers, sellers, and deal flow across every major market.

  • Attend networking and industry events to build your professional presence and pipeline.
  • Advise clients on real estate investment strategies aligned with their goals.

    What You Bring

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to build something of your own.
  • Coachable, self-motivated, and drivenโ€”backgrounds in athletics, leadership, or community involvement are a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelorโ€™s or Associateโ€™s degree preferred in business, finance, real estate, sales, entrepreneurship, economics, marketing, or a related field.
  • Real estate license in the state where you will work preferred but not required to interviewโ€”in-process or active license is a plus.

This is a 100% commission-based, 1099 independent contractor position with unlimited earning potential. Compensation is derived solely from commissions earned on successfully completed transactions and may vary based on individual performance, transaction volume, and prevailing market conditions.

In accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws, the anticipated annualized commission range for this role is $0.00 to $250,000+. Actual earnings will depend on the number and size of completed transactions and may vary significantly from this range. As an independent contractor, this role is not eligible for company-paid benefits.
