We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Assembly Technician to join our team!
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Perform manufacturing operations, including assembly, machinery operation, processing, and packaging. Operate black oxide line and conduct hardness checks on incoming parts to ensure quality standards are met.
JOB PURPOSE
The Assembly Technician is an entry-level role focused on basic assembly tasks under close supervision. Performs manual tasks and understands role within the production process.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
  • Perform basic assembly operations and manual tasks.
  • Load and position parts for assembly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and follow safety guidelines.
  • Assist senior technicians with routine tasks.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
  • 0-1 years; no prior assembly experience required.
  • Ability to follow instructions, attention to detail, willingness to learn.

EDUCATION
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with machining and cutting operations is essential.
  • Knowledge or 5S and lean manufacturing is preferred.

LICENCES & CERTIFICATES
  • Must be a US citizen or authorized to work in the USA.

OTHER INFORMATION
  • Availability for flexible scheduling as needed, including potential overtime.
