Job description

Fabworks is a highly automated sheet metal manufacturer in Ventura, CA. We are hiring a Production Associate to support our growing team and help with hands-on work across the production floor. This is an entry-level manufacturing role with training, steady weekday hours, and room to grow into more specialized shop responsibilities.

Shift:

• 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM


Responsibilities
  • Use forklift equipment to move and store materials when needed
  • Help with different parts of manufacturing, like preparing materials, running CNC laser cutters, checking quality, and shipping products
  • Check work quality at each step to make sure everything meets company standards
Qualifications
  • Dedication to keeping the workplace clean and safe
  • Ability to stand and walk during full 8-hour shifts
  • Willingness to learn all parts of the manufacturing process
  • Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring equipment
  • Can repeatedly lift 25 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
