Responsibilities:

•Create detailedmodels and/ordrawings for NPI and production parts using CAD software.

•Generate andmaintainengineering documentation to support fabrication and manufacturing processes.

•Analyze part specifications anddeterminefeasibility of design concepts.

•Support development of custom fixtures for internal use.

•Apply basic knowledge of GD&T and engineering standards in all design work.

•Work in a fast-paced environment with high-mix, low-volume production.

•Develop efficient CNC programs for complex parts, ensuringoptimalmachining strategies and processes for superior final products.

•Foster a positive team environment by effectively communicating with operators, engineers, and team members, while collectively addressing challenges andoptimizingprocesses.

•Troubleshoot in-process manufacturing and part design issues tooptimizemanufacturability and reduce costs.

Requirements:

•Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field) preferred, or equivalent experience

•1 -3 years of experience inmanufacturingor engineering-related role

• Proficient with Google, Microsoft Office, or related software suite

Experienceinengineering software(e.g., SolidWorks,MasterCAM, orOnShape)

•Basic understanding of CNC machining and fabrication processes

•Familiarity with GD&T and standard engineering practices

•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
