For over 50 years we have offered machining solutions for many industries including Aerospace, Medical, Military, Electric Power, Instrumentation and Hydraulics.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a variety of CNC equipment to produce high-quality, precision components that meet exact specifications. This position requires a solid understanding of machining processes, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining production efficiency and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate CNC lathes, CNC Swiss lathes, and CNC multi-axis lathes to machine parts to specifications.
  • Monitor machine performance and make minor offsets or adjustments to maintain part quality.
  • Load and unload parts, tools, and materials per job order requirements.
  • Utilize power and hand tools to perform finishing processes.
  • Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments to verify tolerances and part dimensions.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions to determine machining operations and specifications.
  • Perform routine maintenance and ensure work area remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
