Job description

We build high-quality industrial knives and hardened wear products. We’re a hands-on team that values good work, clear communication, and people who take pride in what they make. We’re growing and looking for 1st and 2nd shift CNC Machine Operators and Programmers from entry level to highly experienced to join our shop floor crew.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Set up and operate CNC machines (mills and/or lathes)
  • Set up, create, edit, check programs and operate automatic numerically controlled machine tools to perform a complex series of progressive machining operations to meet precise tolerance and finish requirements
  • Read drawings and specs to make sure parts are made right
  • Change tools, adjust offsets, and make small program tweaks when needed
  • Check your work using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
  • Keep your machine and work area clean and safe

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience running CNC machines (or solid hands-on shop experience)
  • Comfortable reading blueprints and technical drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
