Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CNC Turret/Laser Operator to program, set up, and operate an Amada AE2510NT punch press and related metal fabrication equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong CNC programming and machine setup experience, the ability to read blueprints, and a solid understanding of precision metal fabrication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program, set up, and operate CNC turret punch presses and related metal fabrication machines.
  • Utilize CNC equipment to fabricate metal stampings and parts according to specifications.
  • Operate turret press equipment to produce parts with precision and accuracy.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, blueprints, and production specifications.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on turret projects and resolve production-related issues.
  • Communicate effectively with designers, customers, and outside vendors regarding CNC programming and manufacturing requirements.
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and identify equipment issues to ensure optimal performance.
  • Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality and dimensional requirements.
  • Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and manufacturing guidelines.
  • Continuously develop skills in CAD, CNC programming, and other relevant manufacturing technologies.
  • Safely handle and move moderate to heavy materials as required.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in CNC machine programming, setup, and operation.
  • Experience with CNC turret punch presses and/or laser cutting equipment preferred.
