We are seeking a skilled and motivated Machine Operator to join our dynamic team in Katy, TX. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing operations, ensuring that our machines run smoothly and efficiently on 2nd shift. Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate various machines including CNC lathes, grinders, and presses.
  • Perform machine setups for production runs, ensuring optimal performance and quality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Utilize shop math skills to calculate dimensions and tolerances for production requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of production and machine performance using ERP software.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production status and machine needs.
  • Conduct quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and optical comparators to ensure product specifications are met.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
