Cnc Machine Operator

Dynamic Manufacturing, Inc is hiring a CNC Machine Operator to join our growing team! The CNC Machine Operator is responsible for the manufacture of parts per plant specifications in an accurate and timely manner.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Complies with all quality policies, specifications, regulations and instructions
  • Visually inspects parts to assure conformance with standards and customer requirements
  • Inspect tooling for wear and damage
  • Properly and safely operate equipment, record production daily,
  • Operate one or more CNC machines daily while maintaining all quality safety requirements
  • Properly and safely Load / Unload Machine, record production daily, identify and isolate non-conforming product, and assist the team leader
  • Job description is not all inclusive and the employee will also perform other reasonably related business duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • 2 years related experience required
  • Basic computer/technical skills
  • Capable of lifting/pushing/pulling up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk and reach with hands and arms 8 hours or more
  • Willing and able to work overtime and as required
  • Willing to work any shift as necessary
  • Communicate and understand work instructions both verbally and written in English
  • Strong work ethic / Positive attitude / Self-motivated
  • Keep work areas neat, clean, and organized
  • High school diploma or equivalent
