CNC Operator – 2nd Shift (Lead-Level)
Albuquerque, NM  Pay: $23-$27 DOE | Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM  Temp-to-Hire Considered for the Right Candidate
VIP Staffing is seeking a highly skilled CNC Operator to support a growing manufacturing team in Albuquerque, NM. This is a lead-level role overseeing the operation of newly installed HAAS VF-4 and VF-Mini machines. While no direct reports are assigned, this position requires strong technical leadership, troubleshooting ability, and confidence in keeping machines running efficiently.
This is a brand-new position created to support recently added equipment, and the company is willing to pay for the right person. Direct-hire consideration is possible for top candidates.
Training & Interview Process
  • Candidate will train on 1st shift for one week
  • After training, the role transitions to 2nd shift (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM)
  • First interview will be on-site, meeting with multiple team members
Position Overview
The CNC Operator will run, monitor, and troubleshoot CNC machining operations using HAAS VF-4 and VF-Mini machines. This role requires the ability to diagnose issues, make adjustments, and perform minor repairs—such as replacing broken bits and restoring machine functionality. Candidates must be proficient with BobCAD and Fusion software and capable of reading blueprints and technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CNC machinery to produce precision components
