Drill Machine Operator
Automation Personnel Services is hiring a Drill Machine Operator for a leading metal processing and manufacturing company in Alpharetta, GA! If you have experience operating CNC machinery, reading production paperwork, and working with precision metal products, this is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, growing company that values skilled operators. You'll work with state-of-the-art equipment while producing high-quality steel components in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Pay Rate:
$22.00/per hour.
Schedule and Hours:
Monday through Friday, 3:00pm to 11:00pm
Drill Machine Operator Duties and Responsibilities
• Set up and operate CNC drilling equipment to process steel materials
• Read work orders and production instructions to complete jobs accurately
• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools such as tape measures, micrometers, and calipers
• Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Drill Machine Operator Job Requirements and Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED required
• At least 2 years of CNC machine operation or metal manufacturing experience
• Experience using precision measuring tools and reading production documents
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in a hot industrial environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Drug screen, background check, and lifting assessment required
