Job description

Job Title: Roadshow Sales Representative

Job status: Open

About the Role:

We are hiring 3 energetic and engaging Brand Ambassadors to represent The Little Potato Company during an exciting in-store roadshow at Costco. This is a rotational role, where ambassadors will alternate shifts every three days, with one Brand Ambassador on-site per shift. You'll be the face of the brand-sampling products, engaging with customers, and driving sales through positive interactions.

Location: Costco Mississauga Dundas- 1579 Dundas Street

Activation Dates: July 7 - July 19, 2026

Mandatory Training Date: July 6th, 2026 Time: 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM EST (virtual)

    Compensation: $22/hour + $30 daily bonus (based on performance)

    Typical Shift Times:

    • Monday - Friday: 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM
    • Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
    • Sunday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

    Only one Brand Ambassador works per day

    Key Responsibilities:

    Actively engage with Costco members to introduce and promote our product with a daily sales KPI target.

    Deliver product knowledge in a clear, compelling, and friendly manner.

    Drive sales by explaining value, benefits, and usage occasions.

    Maintain a clean, attractive, and fully stocked demo station throughout the day.

    Track daily sales and report results to the team lead/manager.

    Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times.

    Qualifications:

    Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is required.

    Outgoing, approachable, and comfortable initiating conversations with customers.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to work independently and as a team towards a sales target in a fast-paced retail environment.

    Must be reliable, punctual, and able to stand for extended periods.
