Job Title: Roadshow Sales Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking 6 enthusiastic, customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team for an upcoming Costco Roadshow event. This role is all about engaging Costco members, driving trial, and generating sales of a premium product. As the face of our brand, you'll bring energy, professionalism, and a passion for food to every interaction.

Activation Dates: August 18th - August 30th, 2026

Training Date: August 12th, 2026, 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM EST (Virtual)

Hours: 6 hours per shift - One shift every three days; one person per shift, two shifts per day

Monday-Friday:

  • Shift 1: 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Shift 2: 2:45 PM - 8:45 PM

    Saturday-Sunday:

    • Shift 1: 8:30 AM - 1:45 PM
    • Shift 2: 1:30 PM - 7:30 PM

      Key Responsibilities:

      Actively engage with Costco members to introduce and promote our dessert product with a daily sales KPI target.

      Deliver product knowledge in a clear, compelling, and friendly manner.

      Drive sales by explaining value, benefits, and usage occasions.

      Maintain a clean, attractive, and fully stocked demo station throughout the day.

      Track daily sales and report results to the team lead/manager.

      Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times.

      Qualifications:

      Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is required.

      Outgoing, approachable, and comfortable initiating conversations with customers.

      Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

      Ability to work independently and as a team towards a sales target in a fast-paced retail environment.

      Must be reliable, punctual, and able to stand for extended periods.
