The Big Task

As a Duct Cleaner, you will improve indoor air quality by performing professional air duct cleaning services while delivering a positive, respectful, and customer-focused experience in every home.

Key Sub Tasks

  • Perform thorough cleaning and sanitizing of residential air duct systems in accordance with company standards
  • Evaluate indoor air quality needs and educate customers on recommended solutions and products when appropriate
  • Safely operate and maintain company-provided equipment, vehicles, phones, and iPads
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while following all safety protocols and participating in ongoing training to stay current on best practices
