Job description

Seeking a Class A Driver to join our crew. This job is full-time, M-F with occasional Saturdays.
We do paving, concrete, and sealcoat throughout Southern California. The Class A Driver role is a dynamic and active role responsible for driving a large 10-wheeler truck with a trailer full of equipment to and from construction sites. In addition to driving, the Class A Diver is also expected to load and unload the necessary equipment as well as assist the onsite crew with various tasks as needed.
The ideal candidate for the Class A Driver job is honest, confident, and enthusiastic about working on one of our successful field teams. To be successful in this role, you must have a positive, team-oriented attitude and be willing to contribute to the overall success of the job.
Class A Driver Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Class A drivers license.
  • A Plus if experienced with paving or concrete processes & equipment.
  • Willing to help the on-site crew with various tasks when not behind the wheel
  • Able to lift 40 lbs.
  • Minimum 1 year in paving, sealcoat or concrete disciplines preferred.
  • Be available to work Saturdays and out of town when necessary
  • Work drug and alcohol free at all times, enforcing the company drug and alcohol policy
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.
