Job description

CSK continues to expand and is seeking experienced litigation paralegals for its Bonita Springs location. Applicants must have at least (3) years of relevant paralegal experience and be familiar with Insurance Defense. Paralegal knowledge desired in all aspects of litigation, including document management, review and analysis, rules of civil procedures; discovery process, legal research and trial preparation. Trial experience is a plus.
Candidates must be a Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP), Certified Paralegal (CP) or possess NALA designation at a minimum.
