Entry Level Technician for Technical Flush Department

16.85-18.00 per hour salary compensation based on experience and knowledge

Job Summary: The primary purpose of the Entry Level Technician position is to assist with all aspects of setting-up, operating, monitoring and breaking-down of equipment involved in flushing jobs. In addition, will work directly with the Project Leaders to coordinate and execute project direction while demonstrating best practices to the crew. Travel as needed.

Essential Functions:

Set Up

  • Unpack Flush and Support Rig boxes.
  • Run and hang hoses and power per specifications.
  • System assembly.
  • Trouble-shoot.
  • Maintain clean and orderly work environment.

Operations and Monitoring

  • Complete required documentation per specifications.
  • Continuous inspection of hoses and equipment for leaks or system anomalies.
  • Assist with completion of Quality Assurance packets.
  • Direct work crews as needed and manage shift turnovers.

Break Down

  • Packing, which may require the ability to safely lift and carry 75 lbs of material.
  • System disassembly.
  • Draining of hoses.
  • Clean-up of all supplies, equipment and fluids in a work environment.
  • Complete end of job inventory.

Repairs and Maintenance

  • Repairing equipment such as pumps, dehydrators, filters, electrostatic precipitators. Basic plumbing, some electrical, metal fabrication and repair.
  • Standardized maintenance practices before and after each job, including but not limited to cleaning and inspecting tools and equipment.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Performs other related duties as requested or assigned.
  • Participates in the service repair and maintenance program.
