About the Job: Full Time
Job Function
The IT Security Analyst is an onsite role at our Houston office. This role will be supporting the protection of enterprise systems, networks, and data across corporate and manufacturing environments. This role focuses on hands-on use of security technologies and monitoring platforms to detect threats, investigate incidents, and help ensure compliance. The Analyst works closely with IT and OT teams to implement security controls and strengthen the organization's overall security posture.
Key Responsibilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of IT security experience or related IT operations role with security exposure.
  • Hands-on familiarity with network and endpoint security technologies.
  • Experience using security monitoring, logging, or reporting platforms.
  • Knowledge of fundamental security practices in networks, cloud, and endpoints.
  • Awareness of compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA) is a plus.

Basic Qualifications
  • Entry-level or associate-level security or network certifications (e.g., Security+, CySA+, CCNA Security).
  • Additional certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a plus but not required.
