Job Title: Inside Sales Representative (Entry-Level)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail oriented Entry-Level Inside Sales Representative to join our growing promotional products supply team. In this role, you will be the core engine behind our virtual sales pipeline, managing the full sales cycle from initial cold outreach to closing deals from our office. You will communicate daily with promotional distributors to help them select, customize, and purchase branded badge reels, lanyards, custom cards, and corporate bottle openers. No prior industry experience is required; we provide comprehensive, paid sales and product training.

 

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Pipeline Management

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calling, targeted emails, and social selling to generate fresh sales leads.
  • Manage and track your pipeline activity within our internal customer databases and ERP System, keeping all opportunity details up to date.
  • Achieve predefined daily activity metrics, focusing on outbound call volume and lead qualification goals.

Consultative Selling & Product Selection

  • Engage inbound prospects to identify their marketing objectives, budget constraints, and target event deadlines.
  • Recommend tailored product options and custom branding applications from our extensive catalog of promotional items.
  • Deliver accurate price quotations, virtual artwork proofs, and volume discount structures to prospective buyers.

Position Specifications

Compensation & Schedule

  • Base Salary: $19.00 – $23.00 per hour (commensurate with experience).
  • Commission Plan: Performance-based commission structure tied to sales volume targets.
  • Employment Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week (Monday through Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm).
