Job description

Diversified is hiring for an experienced Stand up forklift/ cherry picker (or order picker) operator for  a distribution center in Waxahachie, Texas.

Hourly pay: $21/hour

Schedule: Mon- Friday 8am-5pm OT as needed, 1 hour lunch break

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate a motorized cherry picker lift at high vertical heights.
  • Pick, pull, and sort customer orders accurately from upper storage racks.
  • Restock inventory levels and prepare outgoing shipments.
  • Perform routine pre- and post-operation equipment safety checks.
  • Maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace on the warehouse floor. 
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Previous experience operating an order picker or cherry picker.
  • Ability to pass a forklift/lift certification or safety evaluation.
  • Comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet or more.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy inventory items consistently.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
