Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production equipment

• Inspect lumber and materials for quality

• Feed and position materials into machinery

• Trim boards to required measurements

• Stack, bundle, and organize finished products

• Maintain production speed while meeting quality standards

• Monitor equipment and report any issues

• Keep work area clean, safe, and organized

• Assist team members as needed

Minimum Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical labor

• Ability to accurately read a tape measure

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
