How you make a difference
As a Certified Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in patient care by gathering essential information during the clinical process under the supervision of Registered Nurses. Key Responsibilities

  • Prioritize infection control techniques and principles, contributing to the emotional and physical comfort and safety of patients.
  • Maintain working areas, supplies, and equipment, attending mandatory staff meetings/training to uphold a high standard of healthcare delivery and professional development.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education
  • Successful completion of an accredited CMA course.

Experience
  • Minimum of one year of clinical experience preferred.

Licenses/Certifications
  • Currently certified as a Medical Assistant in the State if certification is required by the State or the facility.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR certification if required.
