What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and support a team responsible for maintaining critical cement plant mechanical equipment.
  • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and plant performance.
  • Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Plan and prioritize maintenance resources, materials, and schedules to meet operational objectives.
  • Analyze equipment performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.

What Are We Looking For

  • Demonstrated ability to lead maintenance teams in a heavy industrial or manufacturing environment.
