Required Qualifications:

  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
  • Utilize Celonis process mining technology to discover, monitor, and improve operational processes.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and decision-support solutions using analytics tools.
  • Gather and document business requirements, workflows, and process maps.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to drive process improvement initiatives.
  • Support implementation and adoption of new tools, processes, and capabilities.
  • Perform data analysis and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Create training materials, documentation, and presentations to support business users.
  • Experience with Celonis process mining solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with SQL, Python, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of business process management and process improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical and analytical solutions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, sales, or finance process optimization.
  • Knowledge of process discovery, process modeling, and process design methodologies.
  • Experience with digital transformation and operational excellence initiatives.
