Job description

The Office Services/Floater Assistant is responsible for providing onsite support on client sites. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure.

This is an entry-level position.

Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance at various client offices; the primary work location is Coral Gables.
  • Document Services โ€“ Copying, Scanning, Filing, Printing, Case Management Software, Routing and Editing, etc. (confidential documents)
  • Mail โ€“ Scanning and routing incoming mail, posting and sending urgent matters accordingly. Prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, FedEx, etc.)
  • Office Rounds - Pick-up and delivery of Copy/Scanning work, Mail and/or packages.
  • Administrative tasks โ€“ Assist Office Administration in daily tasks or follow ups on client matters or office needs.
  • Supply โ€“ Responsible for office supply inventory levels
  • Conference Room Set Up
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service
  • Perform other office duties as assigned
