About the Role
A well-established cannabis company in Padero, CA is seeking motivated and reliable General Laborers to join their production team. In this dynamic role, you'll rotate through various departments including cultivation, harvest, propagation, trimming, and machine operation depending on business needs. Over time, you may specialize in one area based on performance and fit.

Key Responsibilities

Cultivation & Propagation
  • Transplanting, watering, pruning, and monitoring plant health
  • Assisting with greenhouse maintenance and sanitation
  • Following SOPs and safety guidelines
Harvest & Trimming
  • Harvesting plants while maintaining product quality
  • Hand- or machine-trimming cannabis flower
  • Maintaining speed and accuracy during repetitive tasks
Machine Operation
  • Operating trimming or packaging equipment under supervision
  • Assisting with machine cleaning and basic troubleshooting
  • Ensuring safe and efficient production flow
